Bring on 2020!

The new year has begun and often we get a fresh wave of new goals, a new perspective and new desires. The trick is to move those desires and goals from staying inside your head into action that brings you closer to your desired outcomes.


Some basic tips:

1) Write down your goals - literally with a pen and paper (apps on your phone can also play a role).

2) Stick them up somewhere you can see them on a daily basis (like your fridge or your bathroom mirror).

3) Get a training buddy (or tell a good friend that will remind you to get out of bed).

4) Pick the days and time that you want to be active - start by committing to 2 days a week.

5) Now get training!
